Welcome to the Dancing Bear Guest House, a European-style bed & breakfast in the heart of the delightful village of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Located in  the historic Moses W. Merrill homestead built in 1852, the Dancing Bear offers comfortable lodgings in historic elegance with private baths and full breakfast of fresh-baked breads and pastries, egg dishes, fresh fruit, brewed tea, coffee, and espresso.

The Dancing Bear is a five-minute walk to Shelburne Falls' many attractions including the world famous Bridge of Flowers, Glacial Potholes, Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum, as well as fine cafés, restaurants, galleries, bookshops, and antique stores. Within a short drive are opportunities for skiing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, and fishing, as well as Historic Deerfield, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, the Clark Art Institute and the many shopping and cultural activities in Northampton, Amherst, Greenfield, Brattleboro, etc.
